Using serving dishes is a modern trend in the serving of everyday and official banquettes. Serving dishes are used as a support for other plates; they stay on the table during the whole event and are taken away only after desserts. The recent tendency implies using dishes of one color and stylistic solution, but with different picture for each guest. Serving dishes are not used for official banquette.
